APPLICATION PROCESS

We are excited to have a digital application process for this festival! We welcome all artists to apply. There is no entry fee. Once accepted, payment is due by August 1. Early Bird registration booth fees are $150 (this fee includes both days) and final registration booth fees are $175 (this fee includes both days). Payment is non-refundable. We do not ask for a complete portfolio – if you have a website, please share! If you do not, we kindly ask for a few photos that showcase your work. We are also asking for a few photos on simple backgrounds with no additional text added so that we can feature artists on our website and social channels. All vendors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax. No Artificial Intelligence generated images (“AI Art”) or reselling is permitted.

Categories

Applicants should pick the category that best represents what will be displayed and sold.
Categories include:

  • Painting

  • Drawing/Illustration

  • Textiles/Fiber/Leather craft

  • Photography

  • Ceramics/Glass

  • Sculpture

  • Jewelry/Metalsmithing

  • Artisan goods (soaps, candles, etc.)

  • Woodworking

  • Printmaking/Etching/Lithography

  • Paper/Book Arts/Calligraphy

  • Clothing/Curated fashions

  • Mixed Media

AWARDS

Artists are judged on technical proficiency, creativity, individuality, and overall artistic merit. Work was judged holistically among categories.
