Join us for our fourth year! The CAS is an arts festival against the backdrop of the historic Erie Canal. The Carnegie Art Spree! Festival is organized by the Board of the Carnegie Art Center to celebrate and promote the arts in the Tonawandas. This event also serves to raise critical funds for nonprofit arts programming throughout the year.
